Public website
The public website provides company and service information. It does not accept passwords, HR records, document uploads, or contact-form submissions. Contact links open your own email application.
Private employee portal
Employee records and HRM workflows belong in the authenticated portal, not on the public website or in general email. Use only your assigned account, keep your password private, and sign out on shared devices.

Do not send passwords, banking credentials, identity documents, medical details, access tokens, or confidential employee records to the general company inbox.
Report a security concern
Send the affected page address, the date and time observed, and clear reproduction steps. Do not exploit a suspected issue, disrupt services, or access information that is not yours.
